Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote creates no payment obligation. A 30% deposit is due only after you approve the written itinerary. The balance is typically due 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your confirmed quote lists included and excluded services separately: accommodation, meals, transport, hosts and document support where applicable. International flights are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cancellation and change terms are confirmed in your booking agreement before deposit. We recommend travel insurance that covers medical care and trip interruption.
