Before booking, we agree your meal requirements and prayer breaks for the route. We discuss practical arrangements and any limits with you.

What we agree before booking

  • Meal requirements: we ask selected kitchens about ingredients and preparation. Where suitable halal options are unavailable, we propose fish or vegetarian dishes for your approval; this does not mean the kitchen is halal-certified.
  • Prayer: we agree breaks for each day, including transfers, and confirm practical arrangements before the programme is accepted.
  • Remote regions: choice can be limited. We confirm the available options, alternative plans and any service costs in your written proposal.
